Minzel & Associates, Inc. places lawyers, paralegals, legal secretaries, and legal support staff with law firms, corporations, and government agencies throughout Boston, Chicago, New York, Portland, Seattle, and Washington DC. We assist candidates at all levels of experience, from recent graduates to attorneys with 30+ years of experience. Our experienced staffing coordinators spend a lot of time getting to know you and are happy to provide advice about the local market, discuss salary ranges, and give you feedback on your resume. All of our fees are employer paid. The duration of our placements generally range from a month to a year or more, although many of our candidates have obtained permanent positions by working on a temporary basis. Our candidates have a variety of reasons for working on a temporary basis: to make contacts; to find their first job; to supplement their solo-practice income; to locate employment after relocating; to support the pursuit of other interests (family, art, etc.). Candidates who are currently employed also come to us to locate jobs that better suit their needs. We place candidates in all areas of civil law.
